How it works

A step by step guide about our service!

  • 1st Step - Register

Fill in the registration form (new member) and create your unique digital identity in CopyrightsWorld ™. A unique number (CWID) is then assigned to you.

  • 2nd Step - Submit your creation

Use the "New IP submission" service, fill in the necessary information and submit your material. This material (lyrical work, photograph etc) is encrypted and two (2) identical copies are stored in two (2) different locations in COPYRIGHTSWORLD ™'s servers. Immediately afterwards, the submission service asks you to certify the proper receipt of the material. Your creation gets a unique id (IPID, Intellectual Property ID), gets time-stamped (dd / mm / yyyy hh: mm: ss | timestamp |) and gets related to your own unique identity (through the CWID).
Then the system sends to your email the submission receipt, which certifies the registration and includes all necessary details such as (CWID, IPID, time Stamp "dd / mm / yyyy hh: mm: ss", title). Caution: Keep this message and don't delete it. This way you get another evidence of ownership of the material, since the submission details in CopyrightWorld's databases, correspond with those sent to your email timestamped by a third party (eg Yahoo, Google, Hotmail).

  • 3rd Step- Certification of submission

Having submitted your work, you will receive the "Certificate of submission" which will accompany all online public screenings of your work and will certify the submission.

  • 4th Step - Official "private" publication of your creations

All submitted creations are internally forwarded to CopyrightsWorld's publications department. Through this proces all works will be published in the next issue of our publication (cd-rom) "Copyrights World" (the publication of any work is always accompanied by the owner's information, e.g. your information). And this is a private publication by all means. We know your creations are highly personal and that's why our publication is only submitted to the National Library to get officially dated and another copy is being held in our archive volt. We do not publish its private content in any way. [more information on the publication].
